In February 2008 we asked our clients to fill in an "online survey":http://www.p11dorganiser.co.uk/jas/56/online-survey-on-hmrcs-consultation-for-payrolling-of-benefits relating to HMRC's consultation paper into payrolling benefits.

HMRC wanted responses on a number of proposals including the abolition of the £8,500 test and abolition of the P11D forms.
